One of the strengths of Toastmasters is learning through practice, feedback, and the support of fellow members.

Every time you deliver a speech or take on a meeting role, you'll receive constructive feedback to help you recognise your strengths and continue improving.

At Kings Cross Speakers, members who would like additional support can be paired with an experienced mentor. Your mentor can help you set goals, prepare for speeches and meeting roles, answer questions, and provide guidance and encouragement as you progress at your own pace.

As your confidence grows, you'll also have the opportunity to become a mentor yourself—supporting newer members and contributing to the friendly, welcoming culture that makes our club such a rewarding place to learn.
